بخبرة واسعة في مجال الاستشارات الإدارية وشغف بتحقيق التميز، كرّست مسيرتي المهنية لمساعدة الأفراد والمؤسسات على تحقيق أهدافهم. بالإضافة إلى عملي المهني، أجد اهتماماً كبيراً بالرياضة والكتابة، خصوصاً في مجال الإدارة. لقد ألفت كتابين جاهزين للنشر يعكسان رؤيتي وخيرتي في المجال الإداري ، وأعمل حالياً على تطوير نظرية مبتكرة في الإدارة أؤمن بأنها ستعيد تشكيل الممارسات الحديثة. أؤمن أن الحياة هي سلسلة من التجارب التي تشكل شخصياتنا وتصقل مهاراتنا، وأن الخبرة لا تُقاس بالعمر بل بكثافة المواقف التي نواجه والقدرة على الاستفادة منها
النجاح الحقيقي، بالنسبة لي، لا يأتي من النظريات وحدها، بل يُصنع من خلال التجارب العملية، والمثابرة، والقدرة على تحويل الأفكار إلى واقع ملموس
خلال مسيرتي المهنية الممتدة لأكثر من 27 عامًا، تعلمت أن النجاح لا يعتمد فقط على العمل الجاد، بل على التنظيم، الشغف، الصدق، والتعامل الفعال مع الأزمات
بدأت مسيرتي المهنية عام 1997 كأستاذ في المعاهد التعليمية، حيث قمت بتدريس مواد الإدارة والدراسات المالية. سرعان ما انتقلت إلى عالم الأعمال، حيث أسست شركة خدماتية متخصصة في النظافة والصيانة. لم تقتصر طموحاتي على هذا المجال، بل توسعت إلى قطاع المقاولات والديكور الداخلي، حيث أدرت مئات المشاريع الناجحة في لبنان بالتعاون مع فريق عمل يتجاوز 200 موظف. هذا التوسع أتاح لي فهمًا عميقًا لتحديات السوق وطرق إدارة الفرق الكبيرة والمشاريع المتنوعة
في عام 2011، انتقلت إلى قطر، حيث بدأت فصلاً جديدًا في حياتي المهنية. عملت على تأسيس وتنظيم العديد من الشركات الناجحة، كما قدمت استشارات أعمال شخصية للعملاء . خلال هذه المرحلة، اكتسبت خبرة واسعة في تطوير الأعمال، تحسين الأداء المؤسسي، وبناء استراتيجيات مستدامة
ورغم النجاحات، واجهت تجربة استثمارية صعبة أثرت على مسيرتي بشكل كبير. كانت هذه التجربة بمثابة اختبار حقيقي لقدراتي الإدارية والشخصية. و بفضل العمل الجاد، التخطيط الاستراتيجي، وقبل كل ذلك ايماني وثقتي بالله تمكنت من تجاوز هذه التحديات واستعادة مساري بنجاح., لذلك أعتبر هذه التجربة درسًا ثمينًا علمني أهمية المرونة، إدارة المخاطر، والتكيف مع الظروف غير المتوقعة
رسالتي اليوم هي أن أشارك الآخرين ما تعلمته من هذه الرحلة المهنية الغنية كما اني أسعى لمساعدة الشركات والأفراد على تحقيق أهدافهم، وتقديم استشارات مهنية مبنية على خبرة عملية وتجارب حقيقية وأؤكد دائمًا أنني لست أذكى من الآخرين، بل ما أملكه هو خبرة واسعة ورؤية عملية مبنية على الواقع لا على النظريات
